If you are not satisfied with your print quality, please get in touch with us at contact@vannopics.com within 48 hours and describe the issue, along with photo representation, and we will investigate further. If an exchange is merited, we’ll arrange a reprint for you as a matter of priority. This will of course be free of charge.
Cancellations And Changes
Unfortunately, as we manufacture to order, we're unable to cancel or make changes (including print selection and size) once your order has been placed. As we endeavor to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for address changes need to be made as soon as you can at contact@vannopics.com.
Change Of Mind
We print to order for all purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange due to change of mind for any reason. We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space. Similarly, please ensure you measure your space carefully. A suitable method is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of the print you're considering and blue-tack it to the wall. This will give you an accurate sense of how much space the print will take up in your designated area.
Please note: The images in the carousel of the product pages do not represent actual sizes or dimensions. They are simply meant to be a visual reference for how the image might appear once installed in your chosen space.
